Purple 2cv 4x4 owned by Katrina Sparrow but abused/repaired by Peter Sparrow. Earlish car from around 2000, first meeting 2000 British National at Sterling. Owning one came about when husband Peter went drinking with Louis one evening, apparently a discussion had taken place where a small amount of interest was shown (by wife, (not present) at a past meeting). 2 months later he was rung to say the chassis was ready. (And can I have some money please) Car was duly finished in purple to match ‘off road’ children’s buggy owned at the time. Car was given as 32nd birthday present to Mrs Sparrow (a bloody expensive one). Car has been amazingly reliable, but that said it has only done 3000 miles in 8 years.
